I purchased the snuggle topper and wool surround a few weeks ago and I love it. It’s clearly very well made and came securely packaged. These products are high quality. A tad spendy, but this is an example of getting what you pay for. I purchased the topper to make a hard mattress tolerable. It is more than tolerable now...it’s turned my cheap, hard mattress into the most comfortable sleeping experience I have ever had. My hips no longer hurt and my arms don’t fall asleep anymore at night. I also have the mid-weight pillow, neck roll, and summer weight comforter. I recommend all of them highly. I love these products so much that I just went all-in and ordered the wool mattress and the latex pad. Customer service has been very good and Miller has been patient, helpful and friendly. Whatever you’re considering buying, just do it already...you won’t regret it!
