Thank you for inviting us into your home! We’re sure you’re going to love your new items. We are a small business, so here are some helpful things to know about your order.
Most of our products are handmade to order—just for you. Please account for this production time when calculating the estimated arrival of your order. With the exception of our handmade mattresses and handcrafted bed frames, most of our products ship within 2-3 weeks, if not sooner.
- Free shipping for orders $500 & over within the continental United States, with the exception of certain oversize products. Products considered “oversized” by shipping companies may incur an additional shipping surcharge for each item meeting this description.
- Orders under $500 will be charged applicable shipping fees and will appear in the shopping cart.
- Most of our orders will ship FedEx Home Delivery, but in some cases, Shepherd’s Dream may use FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Freight, UPS, or USPS. We review each order and select the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method on a case-by-case basis.
