Most of our products are handmade to order—just for you. Please account for this production time when calculating the estimated arrival of your order. With the exception of our handmade mattresses and handcrafted bed frames, most of our products ship within 1-2 weeks, if not sooner.
- Free shipping for all orders over $200 within the continental United States, with the exception of certain oversize products. Products considered “oversized” by the shipping companies will incur a $150 shipping surcharge for each item meeting this description.
- All orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $14.95.
- All applicable shipping fees will be noted in item descriptions and appear in the shopping cart.
- Most of our orders will ship FedEx Home Delivery, but in some cases, Shepherd’s Dream may use FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Freight, FedEx Ground, or USPS. We review each order and select the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method on a case-by-case basis.
