When ordering a custom box insert, please provide us with the following information via email. We need to know which height you would prefer, 5 ½” or 7 ½”. Take 3 measurements of the width of your current frame; the top, middle and bottom so we can allow for any variations in width. Also, provide the measurement of each length of the frame; left side and right. Make sure that all of these measurements are taken from the inside dimensions of your frame so that the custom box insert will fit perfectly inside.
